Since I have deepened my studies on emotional well-being, this year I propose to focus on the topic of yoga and emotional balance.
We will explore:
- what emotions are
- the benefits of emotional balance
- how to direct our yoga practice to get there.
The theoretical part will be infused by the teachings of Tibetan Buddhist scholar B. Alan Wallace and emotion researcher Dr. Eve Ekman. Together, and following the suggestion of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, they developped a program to address the pursuit of well-being.
The practical part will be rooted in Tibetan yoga practices.

We have mats, meditation cushions and props at Ente39 , you don’t need to bring your own mat or cushion. However, you are welcome to do so if you prefer it.
All levels are welcome!
The teachings will be in English.

Tea: Real Indian Massala Chai will be served. Coffee and other teas will also be available.
Lunch: not included in the price.
Again this year we are delighted to have meals prepared by special young cooks on both days. There will be a box where to deposit 10 EUR for each meal. All money will go to the cooks.
Saturday: Indian vegetarian meal prepared by our special cook Radika.
Sunday: European vegetarian meal (quiche and salad) prepared by our special cook Mara.
If you wish, you can as well bring your own lunch and eat it at Ente39.
There is as well a pizzeria 3 min away.
