Our annual Yoga Weekend will be held on 6-7 April 2019 at Ente39!
This year, I would like to propose the following:
- To deepen our Yoga Practice through Asana, Pranayama and Meditation based on the Tibetan Heart Yoga system.
- To get more in touch with your Essence by connecting with your physical as well as with your subtle body through deep Yoga, Mandala and Meditation practices.
- To explore technical aspects of Asana by reviewing the alignment of some Yoga Poses.
- To discuss topics of Yoga Philosophy relevant to our everyday life.
We have mats and props at Ente39 , you don’t need to bring your own mat or cushion. You are welcome to do so if you prefer it.
The teachings will be in English.

15:20 – 16:15: Tea & Satsang (Yoga Philosophy discussion)

Lunch: not included in the price.
This year we are delighted to have offers from 2 special young cooks on both days.
There will be a box where to deposit 10 EUR for each meal. All money will go to the cooks.
Saturday: Indian vegetarian meal prepared by our special cook Radika.
Sunday: European vegetarian meal (quiche and salad) prepared by our special cook Ella.
You can as well bring your own lunch and eat it at Ente39.
Tea: Real Indian Massala Chai will be served.
