Join me for a Yoga Weekend on 17-18 March 2018 at Ente39!
During this weekend, I propose the following:
To deepen our Yoga Practice through Asana, Pranayama and Meditation based on the Tibetan Heart Yoga system.
To get in touch with Yoga Philosophy, by introducing the 8 limbs of Yoga and reflecting on them through discussion.
To go deeper into the Yoga principles of alignment and the Bandhas.
The teachings will be in English.
We have mats and props at Ente39 , you don’t need to bring your own mat or cushion but are welcome to do so if you prefer it.
All levels are welcome!
Schedule:
Saturday:
10 – 10:30: Introduction, presentation
10:30 – 12:30: Pranayama, Meditation, Asana practice.
12:30 -14:00: Lunch break
14:00 – 15:30: Yoga philosophy (8 limbs of Yoga)
15:30 – 16:00: Yoga Nidra
Sunday:
10:00 – 12:00: Pranayama, Meditation, Asana practice.
12:00 – 13:30: Lunch Break
13:30 – 14:30: Alignment and Bandhas
14:30 – 15:00: Yoga Nidra
15:00 – 15:30: Satsang

Lunch: not included in the price.
On Sunday, our special cook, Ella, will prepare a (vegan) soup, (vegetarian) quiche and salad. If you like the offer, you will be able to deposit 8 EUR in a small box at Ente39.
For Saturday, there is the option of an italian restaurant around the corner.
You can as well bring your own lunch and eat it at Ente39.
